For our client we are looking for a Senior Program Business Analyst (Custody)

The Custody area is undergoing a major transformation through the Next Generation Custody (NGC) program, implementing a new strategic platform that will future-proof our services and operations. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who can lead complex business analysis and requirements work while taking a coordinating role across relevant activities and stakeholders when needed.

In this role, you will lead and drive requirements work from analysis through implementation, ensuring business needs are translated into practical and efficient solutions. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders and help create structure, alignment, and momentum across the delivery.

Responsibilities

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a senior, self-driven, and forward-leaning individual with deep Custody domain expertise. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who is comfortable working independently, taking the lead in complex analysis, and influencing and coordinating stakeholders at all levels.

Required experience and capabilities:

• Collecting, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Driving requirement workshops and refinement activities.
• Working closely with business, operations, architects, developers, and product management.
• Ensuring solutions are aligned with both business objectives and system capabilities.
• Challenging unnecessary complexity and driving pragmatic outcomes.
• Following requirements and solutions through design, implementation, testing, and business acceptance.
• Taking the lead in relevant requirements and analysis activities and coordinating stakeholders and dependencies where needed.
• Supporting planning, follow-up, and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
• Proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact delivery.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the Custody domain.
• Deep understanding of Custody processes, products, and operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong delivery focus with the ability to create structure and drive progress in complex environments.
• Technical background and experience working closely with technology teams.
• Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership from analysis through implementation.

• Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of tax reporting within Custody is a strong preference.
• Experience with QI, TRACE and/or KU reporting is considered a significant advantage.
• Experience working with SRD II, global markets, custody data models, and vendor solutions such as Broadridge, ISS, or equivalent -voting/disclosure platforms would be highly advantageous.
• Practical understanding of how tax-reporting requirements translate into operational processes, business requirements, and system solutions is highly valued.
• Senior, credible, and highly knowledgeable within Custody.
