Profile Sought:

With a higher education degree (Bac+5 level - Engineering, University, or Business School), the candidate must have a

minimum of 15 years of experience in international ERP project management.

Successful participation in several large-scale ERP replacement programs, as well as significant experience

in multi-country and multi-entity environments, are required.

This role requires excellent leadership, influence, and executive communication skills, as well as fluent English.

• Work on the application and technical architecture of the future system in conjunction with the various
• Central or local IT/business stakeholders (architecture, security, applications, data flows…)
• Work on the expected security levels with central and local teams (security, production,
• Architecture, applications, data flows…)
• Coordinate IT teams, integrators, and partners in 10 countries.
• Ensure effective communication between the different stakeholders.
• Define and supervise data recovery and cleansing strategies.
• Coordinate interfacing work with peripheral systems (with the various local IT departments,
• Integrators and/or publishers).
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and traceability of migrated data.
• Secure cutover and rollback plans.
• Define the international acceptance strategy.
• Lead unit, integration, UAT, and cutover testing campaigns.
• Validate Go/No Go criteria for each country.
• Provide support for production and hypercare phases.
• Prepare and implement the transition with the Application Support Production teams.
• Experience with leading ERPs: Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Infor, or
• Management of complex transformation programs and integrator management.
• Management of international integrators and suppliers.
• Expertise in data migration and interface issues.
• Expertise in inter-application data flow issues.
• Understanding of complex application architectures and hybrid environments.
