Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Assessing financial trends and identifying risks and deviations
• Assessing the financial substantiation of plans and investment proposals
• Translating analyses into clear advice for management and decision-makers
• Developing scenarios and mapping financial consequences
• Coordinating activities related to plans, progress reports, and annual accountability
• Monitoring deadlines, interdependencies, and the quality of provided data
• Consolidating contributions into a clear overall financial picture
• Preparing explanations and supporting during control moments
• Following up on agreements and points for improvement
• Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in financial work processes
• Optimizing reports and the use of financial information
• Strengthening collaboration between financial specialists and the organization
• Documenting work methods and sharing knowledge with colleagues
• Completed HBO or WO study in a financial or economic field
• Proven experience in financial advice, control, and accountability processes
• Work experience gained within the public sector
• Knowledge of financial reporting and relevant regulations for public organizations
• Experience with compiling or auditing financial plans and reports
• Strong advisory skills, both written and oral
• Ability to structure work and monitor progress
