Seeking a financial account holder to contribute to the Planning & Control cycle of the municipality of Eemnes, involving the preparation of P&C products and financial advice.
Project overview
As a financial account holder, you will contribute to the Planning & Control cycle of the municipality of Eemnes.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Drafting P&C products such as the framework note, budget, summer note, and annual accounts
- Reviewing B&W (Mayor and Aldermen) advice on the financial component
- Monitoring and adjusting the progress of the P&C process
- Coordinating with stakeholders and collaborating with financial account holders from Laren, Blaricum, and the BEL combination on a uniform working method
- Performing other financial tasks, including contributing to tax ordinances
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business economics, or public administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, gained in the last 5 years, with Planning & Control in a municipality or municipal cooperation organization
- Experience in independently drafting and/or coordinating municipal P&C products such as budget, annual accounts, and framework note
- Experience with applying the Decree on Budget and Accountability (BBV) within a municipal organization
- Experience in reviewing and/or advising on aldermanic or B&W proposals from a financial perspective in a municipality
