Seeking support for a project team at a bank client for M365 implementation, focusing on concepts, migration, and user adoption.
Project overview
For a project team at one of our bank clients, we are currently looking for support in the area of M365 implementation.
Required Skills:
- Conception and implementation of a backup and restore concept for M365
- Archiving concept for other data (excluding customer data)
- Migration to Exchange Online
- Renewal and implementation (Secure Mail Gateway)
- New Outlook and Copilot
- introduction including user support
- OneDrive, migration of Public Folders and other storage
- Setup of SharePoint and, if applicable, replacement of Confluence and transfer of content
- Introduction of Teams for Teams
- M365 architecture and administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Migration experience (Exchange, Public Folders, Confluence to SharePoint)
- Security and Compliance (Mail Security, Backup, Archiving, Retention Policies)
- Change Management and Adoption for New Outlook, Copilot, and Teams
- Project management and coordination of sub-projects
