Responsibilities

Analysis and evaluation of existing fleet management processes along the complete fleet lifecycle, as well as development of recommendations for their further development, conception and description of target business processes, business integration of fleet, CRM, ERP and financial processes into the target architecture, execution of business consistency checks, identification and documentation of business risks, as well as preparation and moderation of business workshops.

Must-Have Requirements 7 years min.

Should-Have Requirements 5 years min.

• Professional experience in transformation or IT projects in the areas of fleet management, leasing, or mobility services (from 7 years)
• Functional responsibility in projects with a fleet of more than 10,000 passenger cars
• Experience in managing multiple parallel project teams or workstreams within a transformation program
• Experience across the complete fleet lifecycle: vehicle configuration, ordering, procurement, delivery management, driver management, contract management, damage management, maintenance and service, remarketing or vehicle return
• Experience in a project integrating fleet, CRM, ERP, and financial systems
• Experience in defining, establishing, and ensuring business standards, governance structures, and target processes
• Experience with MILES (Sofico) or a standard software for vehicle leasing/fleet management that integrates contract creation, contract management, billing, and contract end
• Experience in the functional management of solution architects, implementation partners, and software vendors
• Experience in modeling business processes (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
