Join a French group launching an "AI Factory" in 2027 to deliver AI applications and agents for support and operational functions on an internal GCP platform. This role involves understanding business needs, redesigning processes for AI compatibility, developing AI solutions, and managing deployment and user training.

Our client is a French group of approximately 1,000 employees.
In 2027, they are launching their "AI Factory": a small team that delivers AI applications and agents for support and operational functions (finance, legal, HR, operations, customer relations), on an internal GCP platform.
Your missions:
Terms: 12-month contract renewable, full-time, starting January 1, 2027, in Lyon.
- Immerse yourself in business teams to analyze their processes and identify what AI can truly transform.
- Redesign these processes to make them compatible with AI, then design and develop the dedicated agents or applications.
- Prototype quickly and iterate in short loops with users.
- Lead scoping workshops, formalize Business Cases, and defend them before decision-makers.
- Deploy in compliance with group governance: GitHub/SonarQube, validation committees, automated deployment. You will then ensure monitoring.
- Train and support business citizen developers, and review their work.
