Framing Archiving & Governance M365

Project overview

We are looking for one of our clients (retail sector, international context) a Consultant for Framing Archiving & Governance M365 in Paris

You will be responsible for supporting our client in framing an archiving solution for their Microsoft collaborative environments.

The objective is to optimize storage and limit potential additional costs

Build, by the end of 2026, a business case covering:

• the current situation, the projected evolution over 3 and 5 years, as well as the risks and impacts in the absence of action
• the different options to cover these risks
• the possible solutions (MS Archive, One Point, Squirrel, etc.) and their main architectural differences
• the total cost of ownership for each option (licenses, implementation, and operation)
• the financial business case over 3 and 5 years
• the advantages and disadvantages of each option
• the associated governance models
• storytelling adapted for an executive audience.
