• Support in processing accounts payable
• Participation in booking bank transactions and credit card statements
• Support in monitoring payment transactions and dunning procedures
• Participation in account reconciliations for receivables, payables, and general ledger accounts
• Support in master data maintenance
• Participation in cash management
• Support in year-end closing activities according to HGB
• Project-based participation in the further development and optimization of internal processes and workflows

Nice to have

• Further training as a Certified Accountant (m/f/d)
• Experience in banking accounting
• Knowledge in accounts receivable accounting
• Experience in optimizing accounting processes

Utilization: 20-30 hours/week

Must-Haves:

• Sound professional experience in financial accounting
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of accounting according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
• Experience in the accounts payable area
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Confident user skills in MS Office
