• Obtaining and evaluating offers, as well as preparing, conducting, and evaluating inquiry and awarding processes
• Operational order processing based on incoming requirements in SAP MM and electronic procurement platforms
• Conducting price and condition negotiations with suppliers and service providers
• Accompanying supplier release and evaluation, taking into account regulatory quality requirements, including requesting necessary supplier documents
• Material procurement and inventory planning, including deadline tracking, supplier reminders, and clarification of deviations
• Creating and updating material, supplier, and contract data in SAP, as well as creating purchasing reports
• Several years of project experience in operational purchasing
• Sound application experience in SAP, especially in the MM module
• Demonstrable experience in awarding processes, offer evaluation, and supplier negotiations
• Knowledge of supplier release and evaluation in a quality-regulated environment
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
