Freelance Senior Accountant (General Ledger) for a Healthcare Company in Hamburg

Hello everyone,

For one of our clients (healthcare industry) in Hamburg, we are looking for a Senior Accountant (m/f/d). We already have freelancers at the client, work directly with the specialist department, and can conduct interviews next week.

Project details

Mid-November

4 to 6 months with an option to extend

Hamburg

approx. 30 to 40 hours per week

On-site/Remote: ideally 1 day per week on-site, however, 100% remote is also possible

ERP Systems: Navision and SAP

General Ledger: Closing security HGB (must have), knowledge of IFRS (nice to have)

Industry: Healthcare (experience in the industry is not necessary)

Senior Accountant/General Ledger:

Financial Reporting: Preparation and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements

Reconciliations: Performing and reviewing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations

Audit Support: Support for internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documents

General Ledger Maintenance: Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers

Monitoring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations

Close collaboration with Treasury & Controlling
