Power BI Developer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to develop, create, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and data products with a focus on financial and impact reporting. The role focuses on automation, data integration, and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and data models according to business objectives
• Building automated reporting pipelines using SQL, APIs, Azure, and Databricks
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistent KPI definitions, and comprehensive documentation
• Collaboration with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Stakeholders
• Supporting user adoption through training and continuous improvement

Requirements

The position requires technical expertise and collaboration skills in delivering reliable business intelligence solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer with SQL, DAX, and Power Query
• Proven expertise with Azure services and Databricks for data integration and modeling
• Strong background in financial or impact reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields
• Fluent English with effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexible working approach in the region with willingness for stakeholder meetings
• Experience in agile teams and continuous product improvement
• Commitment to quality standards and documentation
