Key Deliverables

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 Life Operations professionals.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily and weekly operational activities.
• Monitor service levels, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage escalated customer and broker complaints.
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions and development plans.
• Facilitate team meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Support departmental strategy and operational objectives.
• Manage and monitor departmental budgets.
• Deliver reporting and performance analysis to management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Life Insurance Operations.
• Strong expertise in underwriting, policy servicing and life insurance processes.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent French and Dutch (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Lean Management or Operational Excellence is an advantage.
• Hands-on, structured and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Improve operational performance and service quality.
• Strengthen team engagement and development.
• Optimize processes and customer experience.
• Support ongoing business transformation initiatives.
• Ensure stable and efficient Life Retail operations throughout the assignment.
