We are looking for an experienced freelancer for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to conduct group-wide risk surveys, create risk reports, and support the introduction of a new ERM tool.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for an experienced freelancer in the field of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
Framework:
Responsibilities
Conduct group-wide risk surveys and risk consolidations
Creation of a group risk report including management summary
Preparation and moderation of risk workshops
Analysis and harmonization of existing risk registers
Further development of ERM methodology, risk assessment, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Technical support for the introduction of a new ERM tool, including data migration, requirements management, and testing
Requirements
Several years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), risk controlling, or corporate governance
Sound knowledge of ISO 31000 and/or COSO ERM
Experience with group-wide risk surveys, risk consolidations, and risk reports
Experience in moderating risk workshops
Knowledge of risk assessment methods, KRIs, and GRC processes
Experience with ERM/GRC systems, ideally also in their introduction
Very good German and English skills
