Project overview

For an exciting project in the pharmaceutical production environment, we are looking for an experienced freelancer (m/f/d) for GMP-compliant manufacturing and packaging documentation on short notice.

We are explicitly looking for a hands-on specialist who knows the day-to-day production, can confidently process documentation, and is also familiar with SAP bookings and operational processes, not just a pure GMP consultant.

Practical experience counts here – because batch documentation doesn't document itself, as is well known. ?

Responsibilities

Review, processing, and maintenance of GMP-compliant manufacturing and packaging documentation

Control of batch records, logbooks, cleaning records, and scale calibrations

Processing and initiation of production orders

Execution of inventory checks and material postings in SAP

Creation and updating of packaging specifications

Support with line clearances for production start-up and after disruptions

Ordering and coordination of consumables

Maintenance of qualification overviews and training records, for example in CSDB

Requirements

Several years of practical experience in pharmaceutical production or packaging under GMP conditions

Sound knowledge of GMP-compliant manufacturing and packaging documentation

Confident use of SAP, especially inventory postings and production-related processes

Experience with logbooks, cleaning records, and calibration protocols

Good MS Office skills

Very good German and good English skills

Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working

Willingness to work on-site in Regensburg

Particularly interesting: Experience as a GMP documentation specialist, production documentation employee, manufacturing specialist, packaging specialist, or employee in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
