· Development environments (4): GitLab, Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ

Main objective:

Ensure the realization of complex and robust developments while improving the product's service quality: incident and user request processing, providing sustainable solutions to problems, and contributing to knowledge capitalization as well as the development of junior employees' skills.

DELIVERABLES

Technical skills / tools to master:

· Programming languages (4-5): JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, SASS, Java

· Database development (4-5): PostgreSQL (queries, optimization, indexing, etc.)

· Systems and virtualization (3): Docker, Kubernetes, Windows, Linux (WSL)

· Cloud (2-3): Azure, Blob Storage

· UML modeling methodology (3-4); messaging systems: Kafka (3)

· Operations (4): Application diagnostics, logs, monitoring, incident management

Required functional skills (domain knowledge, etc.):

Required presence:

Language and proficiency level: English proficiency required (international context and products)

Work environment

• Complex "user stories" analyzed, designed, developed, tested, documented, and delivered in accordance with the "Definition of Done".
• Incidents and user requests processed with traceability, appropriate communication, and sustainable resolution.
• Root cause analyses and associated action plans for significant or recurring incidents.
• Up-to-date technical and operational documentation: architecture, procedures, diagnostics, operations, and support.
• Regular contribution to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and skills transfer to the junior members of the team.
• Adherence to commitments made during sprints, quality standards, and established processes.
• Agile mindset and product-oriented approach
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT operations
• Application diagnostics, logs, monitoring, incident management
• On-site presence: Yes (Clermont-Ferrand)
