Full stack engineer

Project overview

This contract role is for a Full Stack Engineer with a stated experience range of 5–7 years, working across frontend and backend development and building applied AI solutions and agentic workflows around pre-trained models. The core requirements include JavaScript or TypeScript, at least one of Python, C++, Java, or Go, experience in the Google code ecosystem with production requirements, and a proven track record developing agentic solutions. The engineer will work with teams and business stakeholders on requirements, design, and deployment, and should understand SDLC, Agile, and algorithmic complexity.

Strong communication is required; adaptability and comfort working independently in ambiguity are preferences. The location is Poland and the engagement is contract-based; work mode and the specific Google ecosystem or platform are not stated.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript).
• Experience with back-end languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java or Go) and building applied AI solutions/agentic workflows around pre-trained models.
• MUST understand Google code ecosystem and production requirement
• previous experience working with and writing code in Google
• Experience collaborating with team and business stakeholders (i.e. customers) on project requirements, bringing domain knowledge to requirements scoping, design and deployment.
• Proven track record developing agentic solutions
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of algorithmic complexities.
