Fullstack Developer with focus on React, Spring Boot, Cloud Foundry and Generative AI

Project overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer with a focus on React, Spring Boot, Cloud Foundry, and Generative AI for our client.

• Conception and implementation of cloud-native proprietary applications in the ERP and master data environment
• Functional development of modern web applications with React, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend technologies
• Development and further development of backend services and REST APIs with Java and Spring Boot
• Design and technical evaluation of service-oriented architectures as well as participation in architectural decisions
• Integration of OAuth2/OpenID Connect, PostgreSQL, and suitable platform services
• Development and operation of productive applications on Cloud Foundry and PaaS platforms
• Conception and implementation of automated build, test, and deployment pipelines with GitLab CI/CD as well as production-related monitoring and logging
• Independent use of Generative AI in the development process and integration of suitable AI functions into applications, for example with LLMs, RAG, or AI Agents
• Rapid development and validation of prototypes and MVPs as well as functional analysis and evaluation of requirements
• Sound experience in full-stack development with React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot
• Practical experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with Cloud Foundry or comparable PaaS platforms as well as with deployment and operation of productive applications
• Practical experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and automated build, test, and deployment processes
• Experience with frontend testing, monitoring, and logging
• Active use of AI-supported tools in software development and experience with several GenAI topics, such as prompt engineering, LLM integration, RAG, or AI agents
• Self-reliant, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to analyze functional requirements and evaluate technical solution approaches
• Advantageous: Experience with Python, Datadog, Google Cloud Platform, event-driven architectures, Kubernetes, or Agentic AI
• Advantageous: Experience with master data, ERP, or retail processes
