• 50% Operational management & incidents: You analyze problems, quickly arrange a solution, and keep everyone well informed.
• 50% Sprints & projects: You contribute to innovations. You translate the organization's wishes into clear IT solutions, guide the developers, test the new functionalities, and maintain an overview.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Functional Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with IAM (experience with One Identity Manager is a plus).
• Experience within education is a big plus.
• You effortlessly connect the user's request with the technical realization.
