Functional Administrator LCP (interim)

Project overview

In the role of functional administrator, you contribute to the stable and secure operation of the low-code platform.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up and monitoring tenants, authorizations, roles, and functional platform configurations
• Coordinating releases, acceptance processes, test scenarios, and associated documentation
• Providing advice to DevOps teams on modeling, components, data models, and integration patterns
• Identifying functional bottlenecks and guiding associated solutions
• Registering, prioritizing, and handling functional incidents and change requests
• Translating business needs into concrete change requests
• Checking data models, validation rules, and process flows for consistency
• Performing functional checks and audits
• Guiding new teams during onboarding onto the platform
• Preparing manuals, instructions, and release communications
• Applying security and privacy guidelines such as GDPR, RBAC, and audit logging
• Contributing to platform governance and lifecycle management
• KWIV profile 3.1.3 Functional Management
• Knowledge of BiSL or similar
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of low-code platforms, especially Mendix (e.g., Mendix Expert/Architect)
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• Knowledge of RCA or similar methodology
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana
• Knowledge of incident management, information analysis, and system development
• Affinity with UI/UX design, CSS, Java, and SQL
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in functional management
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Mendix 11
• Minimum 3 years of experience with lifecycle management and management processes in an ITIL context
• Strong communication skills between business and technology
• Analytical ability to understand process flows and dependencies
• Quality-oriented attitude focused on data quality and functional stability
