For the Generic Provisions directorate of the Tax Administration, we are looking for an experienced Functional Administrator Low-Code Platform to assist with the rollout and adoption of a strategically new platform within a complex and socially relevant environment. About the assignment The Generic Support Services (GOS) department of the Tax Administration is implementing a new low-code platform that runs entirely on-premises within a secure (air-gapped) environment on Red Hat OpenShift.

The goal is to enable development teams within the organization to develop, deploy, and manage applications securely, compliantly, and efficiently. As a Functional Administrator, you will be the connecting link between users, development teams, and technical management. You will monitor the quality, security, and continuity of the platform and actively contribute to the further professionalization of the services. What will you do? Functional platform management Manage tenants, roles, authorizations, and access groups. Monitor platform configurations, component usage, and modeling.

Coordinate releases, acceptance processes, and documentation. Support for DevOps teams Advise on data models, components, modeling, and integrations. Identify and analyze functional issues. Communicate best practices, guidelines, and governance agreements. Incident and change management Register, prioritize, and resolve functional incidents. Translate user requirements into change requests. Coordinate with technical management and other stakeholders. Data quality and process monitoring Check data models, validation rules, and process flows. Monitor consistency between applications and domains.

Perform checks, audits, and quality reviews. Adoption and onboarding Support new teams in implementing the platform. Prepare manuals, training, and release communications. Stimulate platform adoption and knowledge sharing. Governance and compliance Apply security and privacy guidelines (GDPR, RBAC, audit logging). Monitor platform standards and lifecycle management. Contribute to compliance, quality, and platform governance. What do you bring? Requirements Demonstrable experience as a Functional Administrator. Experience within Agile and DevOps environments. Knowledge of low-code platforms, preferably Mendix.

Experience with incident, change, and release management. Knowledge of BiSL and ITIL processes. Experience with acceptance testing and functional test scenarios. Wishes Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift or comparable container platforms. Experience with Mendix 11. Insight into data modeling, process flows, and integrations. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana. Basic knowledge of SQL, Java, and CSS/UI-UX. Certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation, RCA, Mendix Expert, or Mendix Architect. Who are you?
