Assignment Description
The IV organization of the RIVM is looking for an S4 FICO and SD functional administrator who can support the functional management department with SAP management.
Background assignment
On January 11, 2027, the RIVM will switch from SAP ECC/SRM to SAP S4/SAP Ariba. The functional management department is looking for an experienced S4 functional administrator with demonstrable experience and knowledge of FICO, VIM, and SD. This is a temporary position.
We are looking for a professional who can quickly contribute to the management. You will work in an SAP team of 5 FTE and a Product Owner SAP IV.
The main tasks are: handling calls (3500 users), reviewing change requests (together with SAP management partner), coordinating with business process owners, actively participating in SAP projects, actively monitoring the continuity, security, and reliability of the information provision, documentation.
You work on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Bilthoven location. You are flexible to also work on-site on other days if necessary. For the rest, you work remotely.
Furthermore, you are proactive and a team player: where necessary, you also support your other direct SAP functional administrators.
