Project overview

Context

The Finance & Fixed Assets department (COIM) is responsible for the development of projects and operational maintenance of applications in the Accounting and Fixed Assets domains.

Within this framework, the Accounting and Fixed Assets department manages the FI, CO, PS modules of PGI and the CFIN application.

Working Conditions

• Participate in the analysis and construction of CFIN evolutions as well as the maintenance of the solution in operational condition under the guidance of the Functional Referent.
• Manage the portfolio of evolutions and bug fixes, from qualification by the Project Owner to production deployment, in accordance with version schedules and current processes.
• Provide project owner support, particularly for business acceptance testing.
• Support the business in expressing, formalizing, and scoping their needs.
• Participate in analysis and construction meetings in accordance with the COMPANY's process.
• Upon request from the functional referent, participate in functional analysis workshops organized by IT Project Owners (project and operational maintenance) and/or gap analysis workshops for deployment projects.
• Validate proposed solution scenarios and challenge the associated workload, relying on the COMPANY's technical experts if necessary.
• Produce general designs upon request from the COMPANY.
• Validate general and detailed designs produced by the integrator.
• Ensure the quality and coverage of tests performed by the integrator, ensuring that all business rules are covered.
• Perform acceptance tests of solutions delivered in the integration environment.
• Stay informed about production incidents and anomalies in their domain.
• Perform production actions related to mass data injection for data creation/updates, data corrections, printer configurations, etc.
• Report daily on activities to the Referent.
• Identify risks of schedule slippage for the projects under their responsibility.
• Participate in the weekly portfolio committee for the functional domain to which they are assigned.
• Ensure compliance with construction milestones for the subjects under their responsibility in relation to the integrator.
• Guarantee the quality of the solution delivered by the integrator as well as associated deliverables (general and detailed design documents, integration test plans and scenarios).
• Organize and ensure reporting to the COMPANY's management or any designated person.
