Project overview

Context

Data exchanges with our external partners rely on various technical systems (APIs and file transfers). The information describing them is currently spread across several specialized repositories managed by the relevant teams. The mission aims to consolidate this information, harmonize its description, and have a shared and easily consultable map in MEGA V6. The indicative scope covers approximately 300 file exchange types and 100 to 200 APIs; it will be specified during the scoping phase.

Missions

Information to represent, according to availability: partner, concerned applications or services, purpose of the exchange, flow direction, nature (API/file), protocol or transport mode, frequency, technical and business stakeholders, reference to business and technical conventions

The level of detail will be defined during the scoping phase.

Working Conditions

TJM: €340

• Exploit available repositories (APIs and web services, file exchanges, routing, and other relevant technical sources)
• Correlate information per exchange with the technical and business stakeholders to validate or complete data useful for mapping
• Maintain a working repository pending their integration into MEGA V6
• Define, with the mission manager from the architecture department and MEGA managers, the associated metamodel: objects, attributes, relationships, and business rules, prioritizing the tool's native capabilities
• Prepare and then carry out the integration of consolidated information into MEGA V6
• Formalize the update procedures for regular feeding
• Mission conducted under technical assistance, under the guidance of the mission manager from the architecture department, based in Toulouse
• Interviews with contacts spread across several sites may be held remotely
• Proximity to Toulouse is appreciated
