Project overview

Profile sought:

Experienced IT System Designer / Functional Project Manager to work on the SEPA Mandathèque application, with a strong focus on MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition), managing evolutions, and project management. The profile will work within the TFT group (Treasury Taxation Trading).

• Manage the MCO of the application and handle incidents until resolution.
• Gather and analyze business needs, then write functional specifications / User Stories.
• Manage evolutions from their expression to their deployment and coordinate acceptance testing.
• Coordinate various stakeholders: business units, MOA (IT Project Management Assistance), development, publisher, and IT service providers.
• Prepare and lead meetings, ensure reporting, lessons learned (REX), and functional documentation.
• Manage major projects and contribute to the implementation of the application roadmap.
• Solid experience in IT project management, steering, and coordination.
• Skills in MCO / functional application management, incident management, and acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and good technical understanding: APIs, architecture, system integration, and IT interfaces.
• Knowledge of the SEPA lifecycle and standard; knowledge of TESSI SEPA-Mandathèque is requested.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Expert level Excel expected, with the ability to perform advanced reporting, including macros.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, good interpersonal skills, and good writing skills.
