Senior AI Engineer / Generative & Agentic AI Consultant

Project overview

As part of a strategic digital transformation program, a major international luxury group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to support the development, industrialization, and deployment of generative and agentic artificial intelligence solutions.

Integrated into a Data Science & AI team, you will work on high-value-added projects, at the intersection of technological and business challenges: CRM, e-commerce, marketing, customer experience, and process automation.

The objective is twofold: to design new GenAI solutions and to take over existing solutions in order to industrialize them in an Azure environment, ensuring their robustness, security, and maintainability.

You will be involved in several GenAI initiatives, including:

These projects combine challenges of greenfield development, AI architecture, taking over existing systems, and scaling up.

• Design and development of GenAI solutions
• Design and develop solutions based on LLMs: RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and semantic search.
• Develop POCs and prototypes in Python, particularly using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Implement evaluation methodologies to measure the quality, relevance, robustness, and performance of the solutions.
• Optimize LLM architectures and uses, considering latency, costs, and security constraints.
• Industrialization and deployment on Azure
• Take over and internalize AI solutions initially developed by external partners.
• Integrate solutions into the existing technical ecosystem, primarily on Azure.
• Implement MLOps / LLMOps best practices: CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Ensure the production, stability, maintenance, and scalability of applications.
• Guarantee compliance with security, confidentiality, and data governance requirements.
• Scoping and business support
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and qualify new AI use cases.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, business value, and associated risks.
• Define target architectures, performance indicators, and implementation strategies.
• Support internal teams in skill development and knowledge transfer.
• Customer Reviews Automation: automating the analysis of customer reviews, generating responses, and triggering actions with customer support.
• AI Content Studio: evolving a marketing and email content generation assistant, with features for translation, localization, and integration with CRM platforms.
• AI CRM Agent: developing intelligent agents capable of recommending personalized communication strategies based on customer data, campaign history, and observed performance.
