Job description

Reporting directly to the Head of the General Accounting Department, you will take operational responsibility for a portfolio of subsidiaries. You will act as a true reference person for the entire accounting and tax cycle.

Responsibilities

Balance Sheet & Tax Management: Processing fixed assets, capitalized production, and grants; preparing tax returns and tax declarations; monthly reconciliation of tax and social charges.

Closures & Review: Managing quarterly and annual closings (cut-off work, balance sheet account justification, maintenance and security of audit files).

Consolidation & Financial Movements: Monitoring equity changes, reconciling intercompany flows, and feeding consolidation files in ViaReport.

Projects & Processes: Actively participating in the optimization and formalization of internal accounting procedures.

Candidate profile

You appreciate structured, demanding but human-sized environments, where your attention to detail and autonomy make the difference.

Education: Minimum Bac+2 in accounting (BTS CG, DUT GEA, DCG).

Experience: You have approximately 10 years of experience in general accounting, with proven experience in managing a multi-company portfolio (within a group or an accounting firm).

Tools: Good command of an ERP and consolidation/reporting tools (knowledge of ViaReport is a plus).

Personality: Rigorous, methodical, and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are proactive and comfortable communicating with various internal stakeholders.
