We are now looking for a Group Finance Manager for a listed, small software company with offices near Solna station. You will work closely with the CFO, focusing on group consolidation, financial reporting, and coordination with subsidiaries in several countries.

We are looking for someone who has experience in independently driving the consolidation process and who enjoys combining qualified group accounting with operational finance work. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and accustomed to taking your own initiative to drive the work forward.

About the assignment

As Group Finance Manager, you will have a central role in the business. The group has subsidiaries in several countries, and you will have ongoing contact with local finance functions to ensure correct and efficient financial reporting.

The role is broad and operational, with a primary focus on group accounting and consolidation according to IFRS. You will work closely with the CFO and contribute to developing and streamlining reporting processes.

Practical information

Scope: Full-time, 100%

Assignment length: Approximately 10 months

• Drive group consolidation and reporting according to IFRS.
• Coordinate, follow up on, and quality assure financial reporting from subsidiaries in several countries.
• Manage intercompany, group eliminations, currency translation, and reconciliations.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing processes and financial reporting in collaboration with the CFO.
• Work with project accounting, revenue recognition, and group-related tax issues.
• Be responsible for parts of the ongoing accounting and closing work in the Swedish company.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and practical experience with group consolidation.
• Experience in coordinating and quality assuring reporting from foreign subsidiaries.
• Good understanding of ongoing accounting, closing processes, and financial reporting.
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
