Job description
Seeking a Data & AI Project Manager for a fixed-term contract within a major railway player's Data Studio & Ops division. The role involves managing projects related to data platforms, generative AI, and application solutions.
Project overview
Context
A major player in the railway sector - DGNUM / STADD department / SERVICES division / DATA STUDIO & OPS Hub. Fixed-price consulting (framework contract AST & Digital 2025, annex 1 Fixed-price services) to establish the DATA & AI Foundation Competence Center: integration, maintenance, and evolution of DATA platforms, generative AI, and legacy application solutions (reliability, service continuity, responsive operational support). 4 domains: Management / Architecture / Data & AI Factory / MLOps-SysOps-FinOps.
Typical projects: GEN AI Network platform, Extra Gaming (Mistral NG / Gaïa), LGV BI scoping (TOTEM, DEFRAIL), Speed limit (15-hour Python processing to make it usable), refactoring of the DATA.SERVICES flow (StreamSets to Kestra).
Missions (Management Domain)
Working Conditions
- Consolidation and monthly projection of activities for the Management domain and all domains (status, workload, alerts, rolling 6-month projection), deliverable 5 days before the end of the month.
- Project management of workstreams: stakeholder coordination, quote challenging, steering committees, risk/planning/milestone/decision tracking.
- Preparation and facilitation of arbitration meetings (scenarios valued by cost, deadlines, risks).
- Scoping and challenging business needs (UX validation, planning security).
- Hub communication (progress reports, newsletters, dashboards).
- Indicative volumes: 10 to 12 technical committees/month, 12 budget reports/year.
- Location: a major player in the railway sector, 10 rue Camille Moke, 93200 Saint-Denis (Saint-Denis absent from the Location list, Paris selected).
- On-site presence preferred, hybrid possible upon decision of the contracting authority.
- Start date 02/01/2027, operational setup from Day 1 (transition from 02/01 to 02/26/2027).
- 1 firm year until 01/31/2028 + 2 optional years (3 years max).
