Detailed Description
The mission consists of putting Middle-Offices into Production:
- Genesys
- Confirmed
- Imperative
- GAX/GA
- Windows
- Important
- Professional English (Secondary)
- Configure Genesys technical resources (IVR flows, agents, planning, skills, etc.) via the GAX GUI to declare Middle Offices
- Participate in deployment planning in coordination with the Project (Edition/Business Deployment team), based on capacity
- Participate in writing documentation and procedures, internal and for the Service Center which provides Level 1 support for incidents
- Diagnose and handle incidents within the assigned scope.
- Assist and support Business users in understanding the configuration to make them autonomous
- Strengthen the team responsible for configuration and participate in their development
