Seeking a self-employed individual for a data-related project involving the preparation of small-scale geospatial data using existing R scripts. The role involves applying, verifying, and further developing these scripts.
Project overview
For a data-related project, we are looking for a self-employed person on a contract basis. You will take over existing R scripts for the preparation of small-scale geospatial data, apply them, check the results, and further develop the scripts. The project will initially run for two months, with a possible extension. You will work completely remotely with flexible working hours.
Requirements
Experience with geospatial data, e.g., in QGIS, ArcGIS, R (sf), or Python (geopandas). Programming experience in R or Python – if you have been working with Python so far, you will familiarize yourself with our R scripts with AI support. Regular use of AI coding assistants. Careful, structured way of working and traceable documentation. Very good German language skills.
