Job Description
Our client is looking for motivated trainers to assess, develop, and improve the GMP and aseptic training strategies in their 24/7 manufacturing site.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy quality-focused operations and who are interested in working with people, ensuring their improvement in the manufacturing floor. You will be:
Profile
- Monitor GMP and aseptic practices and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide GMP- and aseptic-focused training to workers in the manufacturing site.
- Develop training materials.
- If needed, raise deviations related to GMP and aseptic work.
- Support with investigations, CAPAs, risk assesments, and audits related to GMP- and aseptic work.
- Degree or equivalent in the sciences.
- Experience working aseptic and in GMP conditions.
- An excellent understanding of aseptic manufacturing practices.
- Experience with training and developing training material.
- Excellent communication in English, self starter mentality, and attention to detail.
- Available to work in a 5-shift rotation.
