My client is looking for someone with the following experience:

• Opportunity to head up and develop a team of FBPs
• Hybrid working available
• 2 days in and 3 days from home
• Work with operational and functional leaders to provide strategic advice and challenge
• Identify and evaluate risks, opportunities and emerging business challenges
• communicate these to key stakeholders to support effective decision making
• Lead, manage, coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, setting clear objectives for the team
• Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance review processes, and contribute to monthly business reviews with leadership.
• Maintain KPIs and performance reporting frameworks.
• Lead and support business transformation and change initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (including Procurement, IT, Regulatory reporting, Treasury, Core Finance and Project Accounting) to deliver strategic priorities and organisational improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teams
• Influence decision-making through insights, analysis, and data-driven recommendations
• Represent the business partnering function in key forums and governance meetings
• Fully qualified accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leadership
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Significant experience in a Business Partner, strategic analysis or management reporting and analysis role
• The ability to start at short notice
• A day rate commensurate with experience, up to a maximum of £500 per day (Umbrella company) or £440 per day (paye)
• Hybrid working once up to speed within the role
• A high-profile opportunity to influence and improve both the wider business and the finance team, delivering lasting change and tangible results
• Immediate start and continuity of work for at least 9 months (potentially longer)
