Health Coach for Corporate Health Promotion

Project overview

We are looking for a dedicated Health Coach for the implementation of projects in the field of corporate health promotion in Rhineland, Hesse, and Baden-Württemberg.

As a Health Coach, you will be the point of contact for companies and their employees in promoting health and well-being. You will organize and conduct testing and consulting activities, seminars, and workshops – both on-site at corporate clients and in an online format. A special focus is placed on multi-day project formats, where you are continuously present on-site, thus contributing significantly to the success of the measures.

Your tasks include the planning and execution of health projects in the areas of exercise, stress regulation, and nutrition, as well as the organizational preparation and follow-up of activities. You will work independently and flexibly, with the possibility of scheduling your own assignments.

We expect a degree in health, sports, social, or nutritional sciences, as well as practical experience as a health coach or in comparable consulting roles. A Class B driver's license is required. Strong communication skills, passion for health topics, and the willingness to travel for several days and stay overnight on-site are also important.

We offer flexible working hours, attractive fee-based remuneration according to expertise, and diverse, exciting project opportunities. This is a freelance position with approximately 80% utilization, starting immediately.
