Interim Health & Safety Consultant – London
We are working with a client seeking an experienced Interim Health & Safety Consultant to support large-scale building decommissioning projects across the London area.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site H&S support throughout building decommissioning works.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and audits.
- Review RAMS and ensure compliance with relevant H&S legislation.
- Advise contractors and project teams on safe systems of work.
- Monitor site activities, identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and relevant industry standards.
Requirements
Contract: Interim, with duration and rates negotiable.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma.
- Proven experience in construction, building decommissioning or demolition environments.
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and contractor management.
- Available for an interim contract in the London area.
