HR Business Partner

Project overview

You are a strong discussion partner for managers at various levels. You can operate independently, switch gears quickly, and set priorities. You are flexible and take on tasks where the need is greatest at that moment. You are a team player who actively contributes to joint results.

You will have the space to use your knowledge and experience on complex HR and labor law issues. You are an important sparring partner for managers in situations where careful action and professional advice make the difference. You work in a dynamic environment where flexibility, ownership, and collaboration are central. You are part of an experienced HR team that supports and strengthens each other.

You work in a team of 8 colleagues, with the team being in the office in Utrecht on Tuesdays. The rest of the days you work hybrid from home and in the office.

• You have a completed HBO or WO education, preferably in HRM, Labor Law, or a comparable field
• You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex organization similar to NS (at least 3000+ workplaces)
• You have demonstrable experience with complex HR cases and labor law issues
• You have excellent command (both oral and written) of the Dutch language
• You have thorough knowledge of labor law, collective labor agreement application, absence, and performance management
• You are a strong discussion partner for managers at various levels
• You are available to start by December 2026 (no work during the Christmas period)
• You have knowledge of SuccessFactors
