Job description
Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with stakeholders on HR projects, support leadership in team development, and lead HR initiatives within a complex corporate environment.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Collaborating with internal and external HR colleagues within Schiphol's complex stakeholder field to realize HR projects
- Supporting managers in optimally functioning teams and promoting employee growth and well-being
- Analyzing complex HR issues and translating them into effective HR strategies
- Coaching and managing your own team of HR business partners, with attention to a uniform working method and consistent policy implementation
- Leading and guiding projects together with the HR Hub, the business, or your own HR business team
- Fulfilling a leading role on behalf of the Head of(s) of the Business Team in projects and improvements
- Guiding organizational changes and advising on their personnel consequences
- Academic working and thinking level, combined with thorough HR expertise
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience
- Experience as an all-round, business-facing HR business partner within complex (medium) large corporate organizations
- Familiarity with applicable labor laws and regulations and the ability to correctly assess risks
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Acting convincingly and the ability to foresee future opportunities and challenges
- Environmental awareness and experience in guiding organizational changes
