Job description
Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for project-based consulting and support services related to sensitive employment law measures, restructuring, and layoffs in Germany.
Project overview
Service Description:
Objective
The subject of the mandate is the independent provision of project-related HR consulting and support services in connection with a defined scope of employment law sensitive personnel measures within the German business unit.
The scope of services includes the structured analysis and preparation of facts, the creation of decision-relevant documentation, the coordination of defined project-related interfaces, and the support of agreed sub-projects until the handover of the defined work results.
Services are provided independently in terms of content and organization. The contractor decides independently on methodology, approach, and organization of service provision, as far as project-related coordination requirements do not conflict.
The mandate expressly does not include the assumption of HR line functions, permanent operational support in day-to-day business, representation of the employer in decision-making functions, legal advice, or legal activities.
Integration into the employer's operational organization is not planned.
Project Scope
The subject of the mandate is the processing of a pre-defined and documented set of employment law relevant personnel measures.
Before the project begins, the scope, project goals, priorities, milestones, expected work results, and the facts to be processed will be coordinated and documented between the client and the contractor.
Services are provided exclusively within the defined project scope. An expansion of the scope or the assumption of additional services requires a separate written agreement.
The mandate is not intended to cover personnel capacity bottlenecks or general support for ongoing HR operations.
The project is considered complete upon handover of the agreed work results, final documentation, and overview of open measures.
