As an HR Generalist at Marbach, you will be independently responsible for the competent advice and support of specialists and managers. You will be the central point of contact for all HR topics. In addition to recruiting new employees, you will also take care of the creation of HR-relevant documents. Your good knowledge of labor law will round off your profile. - Advice and support for a fixed group of specialists and managers in all HR-related matters as a central point of contact
- Administrative tasks, such as creating documents (employment contracts, company pension schemes, company bikes) and maintaining time management systems
- Management and implementation of labor law measures in the area of responsibility
- Recruitment of specialists and managers from job posting to contract offer
- Active participation in HR projects and further development of HR topics
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training or completed degree with a focus on HR
- Several years of professional experience in HR desirable
- Very good communication skills, empathy, and social competence
- Option for permanent employment
