Responsibilities

Profile

• Independent execution of recruiting activities for defined specialist and management profiles, including recording and professional assessment of requirements as well as conducting interviews
• Professional advice to the client within the scope of selection processes and preparation of decision-making bases for filling defined positions
• Professional advice on part-time retirement models as well as preparation of individual design options, taking into account the respective framework conditions
• Preparation, execution, and documentation of consultation meetings on part-time retirement models
• Conception and execution of a defined employee survey, including professional advice on structure, content, and procedure
• Professional advice to the client on specifically defined HR special topics within the agreed project scope
• Completed studies with a focus on personnel management, business administration, or law, or a comparable qualification with relevant HR further training
• Relevant, profound experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function, ideally in an industrial environment
• Sound knowledge of German individual and collective labor law as well as practical experience in the preparation and implementation of labor law measures
• Demonstrable experience in recruiting specialists and managers as well as in advisory and moderating employee discussions
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills as well as professional handling of sensitive personnel cases
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills
• Confident use of MS Office
• Willingness to work 100% on-site
