Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising management on complex personnel issues and legal position
- Guiding individual cases such as labor disputes, absenteeism, and termination of employment
- Supporting reorganizations and participation processes with the works council
- Drafting legal documentation and translating risks into practical solutions
- Developing sustainable HR policy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a legal field of study
- At least three years of experience as an HR Lawyer or legal HR advisor
- Proven experience in guiding reorganization and participation processes
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor law and collective labor agreements within the government or sector
