Interim Senior HR Advisor role combining regular HR advisory duties with project leadership for the implementation of the HR21 job evaluation system.

The assignment combines regular HR advisory services with local project leadership for the implementation of the HR21 job evaluation system.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising management and managers on topics such as inflow, internal mobility, outflow, absenteeism, performance, sustainable employability, and organizational development
- Guiding complex personnel-related cases
- Translating laws, regulations, and HR policy into daily practice
- Identifying and flagging organization-wide HR issues
- Contributing to the further development and professionalization of HR processes and policy
- Leading the local implementation of HR21, including coordination with internal stakeholders and the external expertise agency
- Experience in managing organization-wide HR projects
- Ability to implement changes in a structured and connecting manner
- Ease in operating at both tactical and strategic levels
- Quick integration within a new organization
- Independent work attitude
