HR Payroll Specialist

START DATE: 01.01.2027

Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day operations with a focus on processing monthly payroll
• Entering and maintaining master and transactional data in the payroll system LOGA (P&I)
• Issuing certificates according to the currently valid legal regulations of the benefit providers
• Ensuring and reconciling the proper allocation of personnel costs with Finance
• Accompanying and supporting audits
• Participating in projects

• Training as an HR specialist or a comparable qualification or a business administration degree
• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing
• Extensive knowledge of wage tax and social security law, as well as labor law and collective bargaining law
• Knowledge of time management systems
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and ideally user knowledge of the P&I LOGA software
• Open and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, as well as a structured and analytical way of thinking
