Project overview
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations on the construction site
- Conducting regular safety inspections and audits
- Controlling subcontractors regarding occupational safety and HSE compliance
- Reviewing and approving risk assessments, method statements, and work permits
- Conducting safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Supporting construction and project management on safety-related issues
- Investigating and documenting accidents, near misses, and safety deviations
- Creating HSE reports and monitoring relevant KPIs
- Accompanying critical activities such as:
- Working at height
- Lifting and crane operations
- Hot work
- Working in confined spaces
- Piping and assembly work
- Contact person for clients, authorities, and external auditors on HSE topics
