The HSE Manager will optimize HSE alignment, implement measures, and manage management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The role involves coordinating audits, conducting analyses, and strengthening safety awareness.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Optimization of HSE alignment and implementation of suitable measures
- Support and further development of management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Coordination of audits, certifications, and consultations with authorities and external bodies
- Execution of risk and environmental analyses as well as processing of incidents and accidents
- Strengthening safety awareness through training and internal communication
- Planning and coordination of emergency and crisis measures
- Creation of HSE evaluations and participation in cross-functional HSE topics
- Completed vocational training with further education as an ASGS specialist or ASGS expert
- Sound HSE experience in the industrial or logistics environment
- Good knowledge of management systems ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Sound knowledge of Swiss HSE and environmental regulations
- Experience with HSE key figures, reporting, and digital tools
- Strong communication, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Willingness for on-site assignments
