To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated HSE Manager with SiGeKo certificate (m/f/d) to actively support our EPC division on construction sites in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE strategies and processes on the construction site
• Conducting and updating risk assessments and safety briefings
• Ensuring compliance with legal and company-internal regulations in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection
• Monitoring and coordinating HSE requirements on the construction site in the field of Photovoltaics (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Conducting internal HSE audits and regular site inspections
• Analysis of work accidents and near misses, as well as development and implementation of suitable prevention measures
• Coordination and communication with authorities, external service providers, and internal project stakeholders
• Training and awareness-raising of employees on HSE-relevant topics
• Promotion of a positive safety and environmental culture on the construction site

• Several years of relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility
• Recognized training as a Safety Specialist (SiFa)
• Certification as a Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo)
• Several years of professional experience in HSE management, ideally in the field of renewable energies
• Experience in supporting and monitoring construction sites in the field of Photovoltaics (PV) and/or Battery Storage Systems (BESS)
• Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards, especially ArbSchG (German Workplaces Act) and Baustellenverordnung (Construction Site Ordinance)
• Knowledge of management systems ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as strong assertiveness
• Very good German and fluent English skills
• Good IT skills, especially MS Office
• Driving license class B
• Duration: 01.11.2026 to at least 30.11.2026, possibly extension until mid-December 2026
• Location: Bad Wildungen, on-site at the construction site
• Scope of work: 1-2 days per week
