For a three-month mission in Paris, you will contribute to migrating approximately 1,000 knowledge articles from an old CRM to the ServiceNow CSM Pro Knowledge Base functionality. You will work directly on the HTML source code to reproduce content formatting in ServiceNow and handle an existing script for data cleaning.

For a three-month mission in Paris, you will contribute to migrating approximately 1,000 knowledge articles from an old CRM to the ServiceNow CSM Pro Knowledge Base functionality. The scope covers several categories, including content for businesses and individuals. A pilot test has already been conducted internally, and you will build upon this work to migrate the remaining articles.
You will work directly on the HTML source code to reproduce the content formatting in ServiceNow, particularly accordions, tables, links, and attachments. You will also take charge of an existing script, after a short training, to automate part of the data cleaning and ensure the reliability of processing the remaining volume. You will collaborate with the relevant teams to preserve the structure and readability of the migrated articles. The position operates under a hybrid arrangement, with three days of presence per week.
Profile Sought
Proficiency in HTML editing and the ability to manipulate content including tables, accordions, links, and attachments.
Familiarity with the ServiceNow environment, ideally ServiceNow CSM Pro.
Ability to take charge of an existing script for data cleaning and processing.
Rigor and attention to detail to ensure the quality and consistency of migrated articles.
