IT Process & Agile Lead

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Process & Agile Lead for an exciting 100% remote project starting November 2026. The project duration is three months with possible extension.

In this role, you will drive the establishment of agile frameworks according to Scrum and SAFe and support change management processes in IT projects. You will manage IT Service Management, Incident Management, and process optimization using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and GitLab. A focus will be on data-based analysis and optimization of technical processes by creating analysis scripts in R or Go.

Your tasks will also include moderating Design Thinking workshops to identify user requirements and monitoring technical systems with Grafana.

We expect sound knowledge in the following areas:

The project is fully remote. Communication is in German. We are looking for candidates who are available promptly and can confidently assess their skills in the mentioned areas.
