- Consultation and strategic partnership with Talent Partners, HR Business Partners, managers, and other stakeholders to develop company-wide learning programs
- Development and implementation of communication, marketing, and stakeholder engagement strategies to promote learning offerings
- Conception, development, and implementation of scalable, global learning solutions to support business and talent strategies
- Conducting needs analyses and performance reviews to identify competency gaps
- Application of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning for interactive and accessible learning formats
Requirements

- University degree in HR, organizational development, psychology, instructional design, learning technologies, or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in Learning & Development, talent development, organizational development, or similar areas
- Relevant experience in the conception and management of global, complex Learning & Development programs
- Experience in stakeholder management at various levels, including global communication and collaboration
- Fluent German and English skills at native level
- Close collaboration with an innovative, international Enterprise Learning & Development team
- Opportunities for design in strategic, global learning and transformation projects
- Use of modern learning technologies and participation in digital transformation initiatives
