IAM Business Analyst & Process Consultant

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IAM Business Analyst & Process Consultant for a full-time project with a duration of 12 months. The position offers flexible working arrangements with 216 days of remote work and 4 days of on-site presence.

Your main tasks include the collection, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements in the Identity and Access Management area. You will create and maintain extensive technical documents such as use cases, business concepts, preliminary studies, and functional system descriptions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for specifying requirements using standard templates and UML notation, as well as for creating system documentation. Another focus is on revising and optimizing business processes according to the client's specifications.

For this position, you need at least 5 years of professional experience in business process management and business analysis. Proven expertise with Identity and Access Management applications (at least 3 years) as well as specific experience with the One Identity Manager (at least 3 years) are required. You should be able to demonstrate business process analysis and design from at least two projects and have experience in the conception and creation of technical documents.

Extended knowledge of the One Identity Manager (over 5 years), strong problem-solving skills, proven reliability and teamwork skills, as well as English language skills at B2 level are advantageous. Customer orientation and the ability to develop innovative solution proposals complete the profile.
